OUR MISSION

Provide individual personal coaching to young passionate athletes with the love of soccer. Our intimate training session will allow us to effectively identify areas of improvement for our trainee's, so they can gain a competitive edge in the modern game.

BODY MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

  • Identifies muscle weakness & imbalances
  • Assessing level of player strength, on/off the field
  • Focus on flexibility & mobility throughout the hips, knees and shoulders to help minimize the chances of an injury occurring

POSITION SPECIFIC TRAINING

  • Improve understanding of their position, passing, spatial awareness and shooting
  • Works on how to position themselves on the field, effective turning, excellent receiving,and ensures proper body positioning

SPEED AND AGILITY

  • Overcomes issue of frequently tripping over the ball or own feet
  • Improves jumping, landing, ladder drills, and other soccer specific movements
